Thai Dread

On a holiday in Thailand 6 days ago had 2 episodes with sex workers. The first exposure involved kissing, breast suckling, mutual masturbation & brief oral with a condom on. During the encounter both she & myself touched my penis/urethra several times with her vaginal fluids on our hands as she was soaking wet. I later realized that I had flossed my teeth briefly before with some bleeding in the gums.
The second exposure was a soapy massage, wherein she rubbed herself all over my body with her breasts/vagina, afterwhich we were naked in the tub but without any genital contact. She later on gave me a vigourus handjob touching her vagina occasionally with the same hand which was being used for the handjob, during that time I felt a tear/burning on my penis shaft & had her stop the masturbation. I pulled back the foreskin to wash my penis whilst rinsing it with water I felt an acute burning on the shaft & could see due to the frictionof the handjob there was tenderness/ abberation of the skin & realized was using the same hand which had been in contact with her gentilia. During the massage I do not recall if the penis had entered/ rubbed her vagina & I had some sores on my body due to a pre existing skin condition.
Please tell me if these events warrant testing & if so would a P24 Antigen help. Thank you very much.

If there was penetration and she was HIV+ your odds are around 1 in 1000 chance.

We weren't there holding your hand so if you think you penetrated her then test,it's that simple.

Thanks, was prertty high & face down on the
inflatable bed, all the action was happening waist below where one of her leg was under me & she was rubbing the groin area with her vagina & i think at this point I did enter her.
Apologies for breaking the norms about posting, unintentional!

You need to make up your mind, which story is correct.Foam/soap do not protect the penis when entering the vagina, only a condom will.If this is actually what happened then test. But your story is all over the shop.

After reviewing the event it is highly likely that my penis covered with foam/soap has entered the vagina as it was a soapy massage which involved grinding. Does the presence of foam on the penis negate the risk of acquiring the infection.

See a Dr, we don't diagnosis any issues here, but it is not HIV related.

Hi, today I noticed boils on the head of the penis & some had blistered accompanied by a dull ache in the urethra, what do you make of this?

Thank U Teak, however the concern regarding the penis entering the vagina without protection remains. Kindly opine in this regard. Thanx

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Thank U. A few concerns remain though,
-Thailand having one of the highest HIV+/ AIDS infected.
- Penis having entered the vagina without protection.
- Vaginal fluid on the penis/urethra by way of hand contact.
- Abberation on penis coming in contact with hand having vaginal fluid.
- Kissing with previously bled gum.
Kindly reevaluate with these observations.
Thank you once again for your patience/information.

You don't have an HIV concern. Nothing you have done put you at risk for HIV.
