The Chinese need help,about hiv

   Everybody is good, my English is not good.I come from China,but I do not believe that Chinese doctor remarks of hiv at that time. So I came here.plese help me.
   Yesterday I and a group of forum friends to go mountain climbing.We do not know each other, to meet for the first time.When climbing a slope,we are borrowing side branches.My thumb was broken branches,Branches put my finger prick and bleeding,I was still ahead of the 5 person.
   Please forgive my ignorance,If the front one has AIDS.His fingers are also the same point puncture.Let the branches with blood..I was also the same branches broken finger.Before and after the time of only ten seconds,I will be his blood indirect infection?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Thanks a million Teak.You reply quickly surprised me,The efficiency of MedHelp is amazing.The last question, I asked not to disturb you.If stabbed intervals before and after only ten seconds, in this short time, I still don't have the risk of infection?
