The Different between ECLIA and ELISA method?
Hi..anybody know the different of ECLIA and ELISA method for HIV? I asked some lab at my country,and most of the lab using ECLIA method to test HIV? I'm searching in google..but most of the expert recommend to take ELISA test..did ECLIA is reliable like ELISA test?
