The blood ran the glans mucosa

Dear doctor
First of all, my English is not very good. I am a China. When I was a prostitute and mutual masturbation, my thumb touches her napkin and blood, with the thumb touch touched his glans mucosa, about 30 seconds (masturbation). Simply put, is the blood touch my glans mucosa is about 30S.
1 do I have the risk of HIV?
2 I'm a little worried about the need to take some medicine?

No risk. HIV cannot infect outside the body. Touching blood or fluids and then touching yourself does NOT infect with HIV. No risk.
