Thank you very much for your answer.
I come from China, on our side I consult a doctor, the doctor said in vitro blood will not lose infectious immediately, will continue for a while.
So I want to consult you, poisonous blood to leave the human body is right away, there is no infectious?
What will happen if she blood ran into some water?
The doctor says is wound and our side is also a relatively high risk of transmission, what do you think of the way the wound is Would you please help me to solve, thank you!

ANY bodily fluids , once outside the host, gets exposed to air, is NOT infectious, thus CANNOT infect you. You had no risk with the blood on the table. Be well.
