Any risk of Getting HIV

Dear Docs Thanks
I had exposure with a lady whose HIV status is unknown.the act was sucking breasts and kissing on the stomach with sweetness, I haven't tasted anything unusual while sucking breast, I had a root canal ed tooth years before which doesn't have cap now , and that tooth become black shaded now a days even before exposure, but no Pain , no hollow while touch with tongue and not bleeding at all. I kissed her body with Dress, but sucked her breast while she just lifted her t shirt,Also While Hugging here My Penis is exposed I mean with out my pants and it was touching and jammed on her dress (she was completely dressed) and after massaging her breast I masturbate myself ,She never touched my penis at all, during masturbation I believe there was nothing suspicious,I develop single but server mouth ulcer on my lower lips after two weeks and mild throat infection.
My concerns are
1. While am sucking her breast may be I swallow 1 or 2 drop of blood with out my knowledge (I read breast sucking is not risk activity at all as there is no body fluid exchange but if there is blood involved ?For sure I haven't seen any blood physically with my eyes.) and my root canaled tooth will increase my risk of acquiring HIV ? is it 1 or 2 drop of blood is enough to get HIV , I read lot of confusing posts over internet some one says there is a risk, while some experts says there is law risk, some experts says no risk at all.
2. Do I need medical test for this one or this is no risk activity (Any Remote Chance) at all and I can have unprotected sex with my wife ?
3.bare penis exposed to her dress (it was jammed on her dress ) will that carry's any risk?
4. I did masturbatory immediately after massaging her breast does that cause anything (She never touched my Penis)?
5. I had Mouth Ulcers and Mild Conjunction on my throat (Throat Conjunction is still here and its coming cough)
6.I heard from some experts saying that NO unprotected ANAL/VAGINAL SEX = NO HIV is that true ?

You obviously are having trouble believing or understanding the replies you had on this and the HIV international forum 2 months ago and the more recent ones on the HIV community forum.  The chance a partner like yours would have HIV is very low, so it is extremely unlikely your massage partner was infected; but even if she was, there was no risk from the events described.

1) If you didn't see blood, there wasn't enough to be any risk. And why would you imagine blood in a woman's breasts or nipples anyway?  Any minor salty taste come from natural milk-like secretions.

2) You should not be tested for HIV on account of these events.

3,4,5) These are zero risk.

6) Exactly right. Believe it.

There will be no discussion on this thread; do not be tempted to ask for clarifications.  There is nothing you can add that could change my opinion or advice and I will have no further comments.  Also please note MedHelp's policy that permits a maximum of 2 questions every 6 months on the professionally moderated forums.  No more on this forum before next November.

Really, mellow out.  If you cannot, counseling may be in order.  People with normal thought patterns and emotional health don't have the sorts of fears that you have.  I suggest it from compassion, not criticism.

Regards--  HHH, MD

Thanks for your reply and thanks for your support and advise these are really valuable on my 5th point I was mentioning I develop a Mouthulcer and Mild throat conjection is that due to ARS ? that was my question.but anyways once you said that there was no risk for contracting HIV I can assume that this is not ARS at all ....is that right ? Really thanks for your reply.

What exactly wasn't clear about "There will be no discussion on this thread; do not be tempted to ask for clarifications.  There is nothing you can add that could change my opinion or advice and I will have no further comments"???
