Risk or OCD?

Hello. First of all, glad that you all are here for answering the questions of so many fateful people all over the world. Well, getting to my problem.
I am compelled to live with OCD and this has been accentuated with my fear for HIV. ...
Recently, I allowed myself to calm myself by doing masturbation when I was sitting in my room. I did it with my shorts on. ... There was a pant above it.
When I came, there was a little bit of semen on the shorts. ... After washing my hands, I went on with my studies. Thereafter when apprx. a few minutes had gone, I scratched near my genital region.
OK.
Then, a few minutes later, my dad and mom called me down and asked to shut the door as they were going out. As was the case with my OCD, I went for hand-washing. After I had come out, I handed something to Dad. ...
Now, I am worried if I have trans... it to him.
I have not had a test nor I am sexually active though the OCD concha has propelled me into it.
Please, tell me, what are the risks considering I may be infected.
I know completely that it is purely OCD ... but I just need an assurance.

Thank you very much,
Daniel.
