HIV - yes or no ?

Hello ,
I am a 26 year old guy . I am in a relation for 8 years now . One day for my bad luck I visited a prostitute . While having sex when I passed the condom tore inside her . I suddenly came out of her . My question is , I didn't have any  illness after that , but I was scared about my gf . But I had very little knowledge at that time I was 21 . I don't exactly remember after how many days after that incident I took HIV test , but I remember it was negative . After that when I was 22 , I had sex with my gf just before or after her cycle ( can't remember properly ) she fell I'll badly with fever and cold .... This was just after 2 or 3 days after we had sex . Now after this long years I am scared . Now it's 5 to 6 years after that condom break down incident . My gf has repeated cold when ever she has head bath (which was not there before) . But I don't have illness other than my nasal polyps . is there any chance of HIV infection or test required . And I had also had test for esinophilia and other , all are normal .

I am totally scared

Please any one post a reply as soon as u can ... Many thanks

Both of you must get HIV checkup. Not for the cold symptoms but because of what you went through 6 years ago.
A checkup is better than living in paranoia for rest of your lives.

Yes you need to test. Try using condoms and you won't be putting yourself in a risky position.
