bleach and hiv

hello there and congratulations on the good work on informing paniked ppl and helping them take a breather.
i have 2 concerns of 2 differtent sexual encounters. first i got protected oral sex from a sex worker but at some pointshe licked the testicle area for a while. after the act, i drove home with took aproximatilly took like 20-30 minutes and..... i rinsed my testicles with bleach in state of sheer panik....no scrubing tho. after a short while i felt a burning sensation and afterwards i swashed of the bleach with runing water for a few minutes till the the burning reduced. my testicle skin was sensitive for a couple of days. what is the risk of trasmition on this case? noone wants to get hiv but getting it in a stupid way is worse.
the other case i was fingering some girl i dont trust and suddenly my fingers aperently open a cut and two of my fingers were soked in blood. i tried to keep calm, rinsed of for quite a while with running watter till i could not see any red, even behind the nails. then i rinsed with bleach. washed of with running watter, washed really carefully with soapand watter. there were absolutely no split skin or sth like that in the fingers. i cut my fingers very carefully, washed my hands again with soap and water then rinsed again with bleach then i washed carefully again with atention not to rub very hard or damage the skin. i felt absolutely no burning sensation or anything like that, wich i guess is good.
why you may ask the fixation with bleach. a friend of mine a nurse had mentioned that bleach kills hiv and in the case of panik i really didnt know what to do. the first thing i thought was: "well i guess i got it for sure now"
thanx in advance.

Last week (exactly 6 days ago) I had an unprotected sexual encounter with a member of the opposite sex. This past weekend (4 days after the encounter) I developed a low grade fever, have experienced some night sweating and it has all coincided with a canker sore on my tongue (which I do get from time to time). Likewise I am developing a sore throat and I cant tell, but I feel like my left lymph node on my neck maybe very slightly swollen. Is this something I need to worry about? Or am I just getting a cold? I plan to get tested as I do for my annual physical, but are my symptoms consistent with early onset HIV? My research indicates yes, but I am not sure if it is just a coincidence as they happening only a few days post the possible exposure rather than weeks. thanks.
