Unprotected Vaginal sex HIV

Hi Dri am a white hetrosexual female aged 28 living in the UK and marrried of 2 and half yearsm Unfortuantly I went through some marriage problremd and had unprotected sex with a work colleague. on the 2nd Septnber . I have knoen this work colague for a few months and known that he was in a hetrosexual relantionship forr a year with another lady. he also haas 2different kids with different ladfies. He toldme I hd nothing to worry abut for STI's as I was paranoid but took a Chalymida tst  anyway and it came out nggativ. Since December I have had a cold sore and cold which has caused sneezing an coughing. 2 weeks later i caught another cold which i am worried about as dont know id this is normal or maybe due to HIV because pf low immune sysstem please help and adiice. thank hyou. becci from uk2013 I had unpproct4d sex 3 times with a work colleague

Yes but the previous question I asked a few years ago was to do with oral sex which has beeb stated doesnr need any hiv testing.  Most of people's worries are due to guilt. I have read mant threads where dr hhh has said hetrosexual sex which trasmirs hiv is very rare. I dont understand why you are the only one who can't say that too. I just wanred a realistic response rather than a frightening one like you do to every one elae its a surprise no obe has committed suicide yet from your responses to them as I know I would off ifbi wasnt too tuned in about hetrosexual unprotected sex in the uk

And the testing guidelines are 3 months post exposure for unprotected penetrative sex.

Back then it was a question abour oral sex.  Which u told me was no eisk ? Now it is abour unprotected hetrosexual sex which u seem to think is the same thing really???,,

The testing guidelines haven't changed since you posted back then and you knew them back then and you also knew how HIV is transmitted.

You knew at the time the testing guidelines was 3 months.

That was regarding oral sex.  This time its about unprotected sex  I know ir sounds stupid vur somw times a little bit of realistic and logistical ans rational  mind can make you feel better bette.
