Unprotected oral and frottage

So I got a erotic massage on the 19th of may. She was naked on top of me rubbing her naked vagina up and down my penis ( direct contact ) for about 2 minutes with no penetration but was defiantly wet not sure weather from oil or vaginal fluid. Then she spun around and gave me oral sex for around 1 minute before I climaxed.

The following week for about 2 weeks I experienced being very run down with sore red eyes, very sore neck and constant headaches ( a always have headaches and sore neck but this was worse). 3.5 weeks on I got for full STD panel and HIV ab test which all came back clean. After this I was very stressed waiting for 3 months to lapse to take another test. After this test I was going crazy and I experienced a red itchy scrotom till now with what feeling like pain in groin nodes and thighs. I also just felt like crap which I put down to being paralysed from the anxiety. At around 9.5 weeks I got this very red sunburnt looking rash on whole face and neck ( looks just sunburn and feels like it with stinging and burning) also with very sore itchy red eyes. I have had this for about weeks now and get worse when I shower or put cream on it) this morning I woke up and my lips very dry a sore and red after a day in the sun and the cream I put on last night. I go for my post 3 months test today and am certain it will be positive and am extremely stressed out.

1) I understand on here you considered my exposure no risk but with her vagina directly rubbing on my uncircumcised erect penis with potential fluids would this put me at risk if the were fluids on my for skin.

2) would I be experiencing this rash at 9.5 weeks for so long? Does this happen to people with acute infection? Are my sore eyes a concern? I can’t find anything that looks like it on google.

3) being 2022 how good are AB test at 3.5 weeks? Is this promising? I know we don’t go off symptoms on this site but really would like an explanation of the rash timing please.

4) has anyone here ever seen or heard of anyone contracting HIV from such an event?

Thanks everyone for your time.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (body, skin, finger, lips etc. ). You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
I'm not sure why you keep asking for advice here, then say that we are wrong. Reality is you have no medical training so should have zero faith in your own ideas, however instead you only believe your own ideas.

1 " I understand on here my exposure is no risk..." Therefore it is time to see doc about your skin rash since there is no purpose in fixating on hiv which you can't have.

All of your questions are obviously irrelevant since you are an hiv negative person. The first step to peace is to stop googling for death cold turkey and the second is to see doc instead of wasting any more of your time self-diagnosing a disease that you don't have - it's not surprising that you can't diagnose your sore eyes since you don't have any medical training and are fixated on the disease that you don't have.

Thanks for the prompt reply. Sorry but how can you be sure I am negative I have only tested at 3.5 weeks after this exposure and am at 3 months today and getting testing later on today to find out.  Thanks again for replying you guys are truly great
We know that you are HIV-negative because you never had a risk for HIV.  You can't get HIV from non-risk events.

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

No matter what test you take, no matter when you take it, it will always be negative since you never had a risk.
No matter what test you take, no matter when you take it, it will always be ...a waste of your time.
Thank you for the replies and fingers crossed, I just have never felt these symptoms before and never experienced a rash like this. I hope after I get my results that this truly was a no risk exposure like you guys say. Thanks
Sorry guys my anxiety has bought me back here because tomorrow I receive the results from my resent test at 3 months post exposure. I take it you guys have never seen anyone or heard of anyone get a positive result for such an exposure? What if she had a high viral load? And also this rash is still here and it pops up all over my body at random time and feels like pins and needles, also I feel like my nodes are swollen but cannot be sure. Would it be normal for someone with newly acquired HIV to be having these rashes at 3 months post exposure and for it to look like sunburn on the face and neck and to sting.

Thankyou guys so much

So I just wanted to give everyone an update, my recent test at 13 weeks was negative, I want to thank you guys for getting me through this, I could not have done it without you guys. You basically saved my life. Forever grateful
