Unprotected sex with sex worker :(

I had unprotected sex with sex worker in high risk country 5 years ago. I had rapid blood test at free clinic after 1 year. It was negative. Then I moved along.

Since many months till now I have so many symptoms and never get better.

- Dizzy
- Vomit
- Diarrhea
- Lymph node
- Lose appetite
.... many more

I tested again recently at private lab using elisa blood test came back negative.

1. Should I need trust the result?
2. Am I now progress to AIDS (Symptoms) and not detected by test?
3. Do I need PCR, Western Blood test to make sure 100%?

Thanks

only 99% ? Dude, you took the test twice. What would be the possibility that your are HIV negative? ONLY 99.99 % ? Let's be reasonable now and think logically. You took a second test that should eliminate all worries. See your doctor about your symptoms, HIV is not the only disease out there that can cause them. All the best!

1. I've read that some cases, some full blown aids patients cant be detected by antibody alone. I think it's possible because the rate of test is not 100%, it's only 99% or less.

2. One more thing, some tests dont test all hiv group right?

your first test PROVED two things...

1)  you DONT have hiv

2)  your "symptoms" are NOT hiv related.
