Vaginal intercourse psoriasis bottom

Dear all,

I am so stupid...!
Last wednesday I booked 15 minutes with an East European
prostitute in Brussels.
We were kissing, she was giving me a blowjob and
we had vaginal intercourse.
From the very first minute, she covered my penis with a condom
which obviously did not break.
However, when I was back in my hotel, I discovered having
a psoriasis dot at my bottom (around the anus), approx. 5 sqcm big.
Is there the risk that I was infected by HIV as vaginal fluid might have
flown to this inflamed dot?
Do I need testing? Please help, I am getting crazy!
Please excuse my English, I am a 36 years old German (married, two kids)

You never had a risk and you do not need testing. You had protected sex.
