hiv infection risk

I have a hiv test at lab. there many people  drawing blood. In front of me a man, bleeding, and blood dropped to the ground from his arm. Then nurse wiped blood using a cutton ball for him. After about 2 minutes, nurse draw blood from my vein and pressed a cutton ball on my bloody needle wound. Nurse didn't change gloves between patients.
About half an hour, nurse tell us testing result and that man was stayed for futher test.(The people who is hiv+ will be stayed for further test).
If she had blood on her gloves from that previous hiv+ patient, please remember that there just two minutes, and then connect with  cutton ball. The cutton ball touched the puncture site wound from where I had blood taken is there a risk of cross contamination from this? I have not see the obvious blood on th cutton.

* Anyone who continues to post excessively, questioning a conclusively negative result or no-risk situation, will be subject to action by MedHelp. Conclusively negative results or a no-risk situation will be based upon the criteria established by MedHelp’s doctors. Action will be taken as follows:
    * After excessive posting, a warning will be issued by MedHelp
    * Continuing to post regarding the negative result / no risk situation will result in a 3 day suspension

Sorry, Teak , My english is bad. In my description, there is one mistake, "I have not see the obvious blood on th cutton." should be "I did not notice how much blood on cotton balls". And add one point: the puncture site wound from where I had blood taken is bleeding.
   Now all the points are:
   1.  The blood on nurse's glove is HIV+
   2.  The HIV+ blood expore to air just 2 minutes.
   3.  The blood DIPPED into cotton balls
   4.  The puncture site wound from where I had blood taken is BLEEDING.

Now what‘s your answer about these questions bellow:
   1. Do i have a risk? why?
   2. If i need another test?

once exposed to air, hiv becomes inactive and unable to infect.
