The negative HIV test result at 10+ weeks proves you didn't acquire HIV during the exposure you describe. You do not need further testing. However, you will find that many expert sources have not kept up with modern testing technologies and still recommend 3 months, or about 13 weeks. If the conflicting advice makes you anxious, you can have another test at 13 weeks. But if you do it, you can be sure it will be negative.

Here in S. America most public health labs perform two tests one automatic MEIA and a manual Elisa. I have a friend who works in a lab. She said that is not infrequent to have discordant results - I mean some false positive by either method. She also said tha tpeople who took vaccines are somehow prone to produce false positive.
Am from uk, so they have latest tests, so what do you reckon doc, should i stop testing
So doc you dont think my result will not change?
Oh come on. Read my original response. No further comments/questions.
