Sorry to ask a long qestion in the middle of your busy work...
1) i have a condom protected sex with a sex worker in south east asia..it was a vaginal and oral sex(both had condom)..after the intercouse, i checked the condom it didnt break or slip..and the sex worker used a tissue to remove it from my penis..Question: is there any chances the hiv can transmit outside the body like vaginal fluid accidentally drop on my penis or there were still some fluid on the worker hand which she used her hand to wash my penis when we both took shower after the intercouse???
2) two weeks later, (sorry this is a bit detail but i wish you can get my symptoms) i had hangover after beer..my hand feel a bit dizzy and tired..i wanted to sleep but suddenly my fren called me out and i went out..while talking to him, i keep feeling my throat is a bit dry (not sore) and didnt feel well..then i went back and i started coughing and sneezing (its like getting a cold as you cough and can see your nose runny)..i checked my temperature at that time iwas about 37.4 (my normal temp is 36.5 so i would say a mild fever)..then i took penacetamol and things subsided but after a while the runny nose came back and i went to sleep(it was at night)...the next morning i woke up and found myself being a bit hot but certainly not fever but the runny nose still remain and i took another penacetamol again and things subsided and never came back...so i would say all these symptom last less than a day (from 2pm to next day 12 or 1 pm)...Question: am i catching a cold or ARS cos it happened two weeks after that incident? can ARS last for only a day(this question can really put me in peace) or with your long involvement in this field, have you ever seem someone have ARS and subsided in a day? does ARS fever will definitely go above 37.4 regardless of the person normal temperature?
3. actually i wasnt that aware of my one day symptom cos i was too mild but i started worrying about another two weeks later, i found my tougue being yellowish and found out thrush can be yellowish in present...however later on found out that it was not related to HIV because i could wash it off without making it to bleed and it was actually stained by food colour...Question: is my statement true that if someone can wash the colour on the tougue off and it didnt bleed, then it is not thrush or no way related to HIV?
4. At the same time i have yellow tongue, i discharged loose stool in the morning or after large meal...it was exactly the same as irritable bowel symptom and wont have loose stool if i starved myself for the whole day...is this related to ARS as well? and if someone has ARS and has diarrhea, would it be very severe untill you can go no where?
i know i have a very low risk exposure and you probably ignored this post, but i hope you can spare a couple of minutes to go through my situation before asking me to forget about tis incident as i really want to move on...i appreciate every of your words...so i beg you to answers ALL the questions above...i feel really sorrryyy sorryyy for that...
