HIV Final Question

I had a one time unprotected vaginal sex with a massage parlor woman of unknown status. I have tested negative from HIV DNA PCR at 87 days and also negative from HIV Antibody test at 90 days. Is there even a slight chance I have HIV after these tests? Please tell me I will be okay now and I am done with testing once for all. How do I move on from this HIV fear? Is it safe to move on now with my life? Thanks for your help!
