kissing ******* and fingering when she was menstruating

i was with a girl with unknown HIV status

and we kiss each other french way
and then she ask me to finger her wile she was menstruating i didnt see bloog on my fingers and i don't remember having cut on my finger

then she give blowjob on me but not too much like 20 seconds.

but We Didn't done any intercourse at all

and 4 week later i get sore throat and then قhinorrhea and after that i got Sinusitis and infection

am i at risk? i am concerned

No risk, first of all its unlikely that the girl you were kissing had HIV, second the virus isn't transmitted through kissing. The virus needs a route into your body through a mucus membrane and you finger isn't one of those. Your symptoms wont be anything to do with HIV, stress is more likely the cause or just a simple bug.

I don't think you have any risk of HIV whatsoever. As regarding your Doctor you should always be honest with them to allow them to do their job. If they are knowledgeable on HIV and its transmission they would say the same as me.

the symptoms are here for a week and i see a doctor and she gave me antibiotics and i don't tell the doctor about this question about HIV,
is this no risk too? :(
