As our members have stated, what you write of is not at risk for HIV. There has never been a legitimate documented case of transmission in this manner. There is nothing to add to that and we are happy you did not have a risk for HIV with your exposure and hope you are too. We're now closing this discussion and wish you the best.

I read that Mycoplasma infection increases the HIV shedding in vagina. Thus, would my risk of cunilingus be increased? Could you please comment on that?
Hi, I have one more question...the wart I have on my gums might be HPV infection and I heard it's frequent with people with HIV. However, does that mean in the later stages of HIV or it might be even in the first month? If I acquired HPV does that increase my risk of HIV? Thanks
I forgot to mention I had wisdom tooth extraction 5 months before possible exposure. Does that change risk assessment? I mean it would be logical that 5 months are more then enough time for gums to hea
HIV
Symptoms don't cause disease and no one got HIV from oral so far so no need for you to continue trying to link them up. The more you look in the direction you have been going, the more frightened you will naturally become, so try to stop.
Non-HIV issues
Only your dentist can advise about your mouth sores and only an StD clinic can determine if you picked up something other than HIV which you didn't get.
