Hello. 2 months ago I had unprotected sex with a prostitute. Day before yesterday I passed the test combos and HIV DNA PCR. The result is negative. please tell me on what terms authentic HIV DNA PCR test after risk and combo test? You can now eliminate HIV?

Teak, I called the lab and they told me they did combos and PCR RNA and DNA with a sensitivity of 20 copies, and the result is negative 100%!

A PCR/RNA test is primarily used to monitor viral load on people already infected with HIV.
I cannot comment on how "authentic" such a test is diagnostically speaking. All I can tell you is that in order to be conclusively diagnosed as HIV free a cheap, plain antibody test is still the only way to know for sure.
There just is not any other way around it.
It basically boils down to this...if you had unprotected vaginal or anal sex or injected intravenous drugs with shared needles then you need to have an antibody test at 12 weeks post exposure.
There is not a test on the market that will tell you otherwise..as of this writing.

RNA tests are not diagnostic tests.
But it looks like you had a duo/combo test also. A Duo also has an antibody component. So at 8 weeks it is a very good indication. But, you have to have a garden variety, cheap AB test at 12 weeks to confirm your negative results.
And no, you cannot eliminate HIV until you have tested with a simple antibody test at 12 weeks.
