Your chances of infection were very low before your test results were available and now, with a 7 week test result you can be confident that you do not have HIV.  Here are the reasons:

1.  Most commercial sex workers, even in Bogotá, do not have HIV.
2.  If your partner had HIV, your risk from an unprotected exposure is less than 1 infection per 1000 exposures.
3.  At 7 weeks following an exposure HIV tests will detect over 98% of infections.

Thus, based on both the low probability of infection to start with and your negative test results, you can be confident that you do not have HIV.  You have nothing to worry about and do not need further testing.  your symptoms are not due to HIV- you do not have it.

I hope this comment is helpful to you.  Take care.  EWH
