Anxiety about hiv

I am facing extreme anxiety, sorry for weak English. I became obsessed with HIV related symptoms, 2 weeks ago I had unprotected oral sex with gay (unknown HIV status) but we both didn't suck , kiss we only rubbed peins few seconds after 24 hours i got sore throat some sore in mouth allergy on face like mosquito bite and body,  swollen throat lymph nodes my stomach hurt and I started white stuff on my tongue. After Google hiv related symptoms I am about to die please help me

Well, there is the problem - googling any symptoms will convince you that you are about to die.  The good news is that you are NOT about to die from having HIV.  You did not have a risk for getting HIV at all.

Sexually, the only way to get HIV is when an unprotected penis is INSIDE a vagina or anus.  That is it.  Nothing else you can think of is a risk.

I don't know what is causing your symptoms, but it has nothing to do with HIV.

No.  There is no reason to test for a disease that you cannot possibly have.  Forget about this event and move on.

Maybe your symptoms will go away now that you can relax.
I have one confusion please clarify , what happened if my partner ejaculate on my penis or any cut  ? Is there chance to get hiv ?
Let me clear one more thing me and my gay partner rubbed penis each others I wasn't erect that time, we didn't rubbed by hands
