When can I resume relations with a monogamous partner?

I suffer from anxiety and obsessive thought patterns. With that said, I read the archives and found similar but not exact situations.

Recently I met a girl on the internet who would have had unprotected sex with me that night. I went and saw her the following day. When I arrived she was just getting out of the shower. Not sure if she had just brushed her teeth or not. She has a tongue ring she said she had for about 1.5 years.

We laid on her bed, I was fully clothed, she was nude from the waste down. We had a brief open mouth kiss. Our tongues touched for a few seconds. Followed by a few closed mouth kisses. I did also put my lips on her neck.

I used my finger to masturbate her. I never put my finger fully inside of her body so there was no penetration.  I examined my finger afterwards and there were no visible cuts, scratches or sores that I could see.

After this I left, I never touched my eyes, nose or mouth with that hand. When I arrived home I used antibacterial hand cleanser for about 15 minutes and disinfected the inside of my car.

Prior to this I had been completely monogamous for years. The following week I had an HIV test and it came back negative. I am going to get another rapid test at about 28 days. My question is,
1) if this rapid test comes back negative at 28 days could I feel safe enough to resume relations with my female monogamous partner?
2) should I worry about the tongue ring?

Your concerns are entirely baseless.  So much so that for you testing is a waste of time.  Touching does not transmit HIV, nor does kissing.   I will not comment on when to test since the exposure you describe is no risk

You can re-start relations with your partner at any time since you are at no risk.

The tongue ring is irrelevant.

Calm down and move on.  EWH
