White lekoplaqia on two upper sides of tongue hiv?

9 months back went for a party at strip club and had lap dance.
During the dance the striped forced her **** on me and I I might have  locked  it couple of times
Or more ..That's it nothing else happened.
In late April I saw white patches on my tongue
Both side like my upper teethes are causing chronic inflammation.
Few years back I
I had few white patches on my
tongue too but  had no risk event to relate it
up then.
So in sept I went to Ent and he did biopsy.
And suggested HIV testing . I did quick ora test twice in sept , oct and home access blood test
In nov 12th all result came negative even after 8th month .
My biopsy came as lekoplakia . That's it.
My cbc is normal , like a healthy person. But this white thing when I search internet
Says it is OHL everywhere . After 8 months negative antibody test,
I am still paranoid about HIV.I am doing mono nucleus test today.
I know I am hiV negative but when I look at my tongue and search internet
i start doubting again.
How to put my mind to rest ?

Thanks for your response , All  this anxiety started at ENT specialist when he showed up said oh this one we see only with HIV ppl.... even before discussing my mental state or speaking to me..
. since then  I kept on reading about OHL how it is seen only with HIV..and I had only this episode of going to strip club in my entire life of 40 years..
I also showed to my primary care and he thinks it doesn't look like OHL but don't know what might have caused it since I am not a smoker.
Sometime I can completely rub off the white stuff from both side , but they come back. Since I don't have any answer and have fear of how life will be for everyone depending on me if its turns out +. My family, job, health insurance , my community. It is devastating just thinking about it.

I don't see you even having a risk and you have negative tests...has nothing to do with HIV.
