White tongue and sore gums

I had unprotected oral sex about 4 months ago for the first time and once again about 4 weeks ago. I didn't think anything of it, but now my tongue is white in color and I am freaking out about having HIV. Also, today my gums started being sore. I have heard mixed things about white tongue and oral thrush being in the late stages of HIV. Could I have HIV? Would this show up in 4 months? PLease help, I haven't eaten or slept in days.

Thrush is not HIV specific. Anyone can get oral thrush at anytime. Mouthwash can cause oral thrush, oral antibotics can cause oral thrush. Babies have the most oral thrush. Same as saying you can contract HIV from kissing. You look long enough on the Internet and you will see that you were born to Alien parents. Get the drift?

Ok, one more question, I have been reading that oral thrush is associated with HIV. But what I have read says mixed things about being in the later stages or earlier? Could you answer this for me? Thank you.
And, why does so much information and people out there say that you can get HIV through oral sex if you can't?

You need to educate yourself on HIV transmission and the serodiscordant studies on oral sex. Oral sex is not a risk of contracting HIV. The mouth is not a hospitable place for HIV infection to take place. Saliva has over a dozen enzymes and proteins that inhibit HIV infection.

Unprotected anal and vaginal sex. Sharing works with other IV drug abusers. Babies born to mothers that are HIV positive. Babies that are nursing on mothers that are HIV positive. That is your risks.

Why do you say that I don't have a risk? What do you consider a risk?

You first have to have a risk and you haven't. This is not an HIV concern.
