Why do I feel that It's HIV - Runny / Stuffy Nose / Ear Pain

For last 3 days my symptoms are getting worse, it all started with ear pain, then stuffy nose, than runny nose, than headaches, then pain in the rib cage  on both side, then pain on the kidneys on the right hand side, and know the watery eyes, when I blow my nose.

Usually, I get better in 3 days or so, this is over 3 days. It seems like immune system is losing the battle...

I am just concern, how can I tell my family members, how do I tell them ?

No do not have chest pain. My chest x-ray is normal. The problem is lower rib cage on both side. On the left side before the stomach connect and the right hand side on the bottom before it connects to liver.... They both hurt , burn and sharp pain... comes and goes.

Normal chest is okay, chest x-ray is normal as of last week.

Yea, your nose isn't stuff everyday and you don't sound sick, I sound i am all fluid up and sick, but don't feel sick.

I am seen a ENT doc tomorrow.

Why am I wrong?  Because you both have allergy like symptoms, and are convinced its HIV?

Why don't the both of you just go get tested already?   I would bet money on both of you not having HIV.

And HIV questions need to be taken to the HIV prevention forum.  They really aren't even supposed to be here.

Oh sorry - missed that part.

To my knowledge, and to be fair, I don't know a lot about shingles other than my personal experience with it, but you would have to have visible symptoms in order to have that kind of pain, and the pain is nerve pain, not other kinds of pain.
