The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.
No other event that you can think of, including the event you mentioned, puts you at risk for HIV.

So no need to start on pep or test?
No but you know what WOULD be a good idea? Help with your anxiety. It has been explained to you fully how people get HIV and that you can't get it from objects or things or toilet seats and you are still asking about testing and pep. Anxiety is a real disorder and it is treatable. OCD and asking for reassurance just makes ocd worse. Get some help for the mental health part of your questions.
