The only adult risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous drug needles
Nothing else, including the event you described, is a risk for HIV. No penetration with your penis = no risk. Fluid and blood are NOT infectious once they leave her vagina.
There is no detail you could add to this event that would make it a risk for HIV, and you do not need an HIV test, since you did not have any risk.
