Everyone who takes the test will have an index value, and it will always vary. The ONLY relevant info is if it is above or below the designated cut-off for a non-reactive/reactive result.
That's a negative test result. The 0.07 is the index value. Most tests will consider a positive result 1 or above. So, any number BELOW 1 is non-reactive, or negative.
