Hi I just want to clarify on 2 issues here:
Can HIV virus be detected if it has already develop into aids?
How long does it take for HIV to develop into aids? can it be as short as 8 months?

As long as it was 3 months since your exposure you are negative. What was your exposure?

I read up on Magic Johnson a basketball player and learned that he has HIV but he remains a carrier so far which is pretty rare for his case so is this a immune issue that you are talking about?

Yes because AIDS is nothing more than advanced HIV disease.
Depends on each person.
Not unless you have another immune issue.
