Hi. I'm a 27 year old guy and 5 days ago I went to a gentlemen club for a bachelor party, got drunk and ended up in a room with a sex worker. I'm in a stable relationship for the past 3 years and don't have a record of exposing myself.
In the room: the sex worker performed unprotected oral sex on me for a few minutes. I remember also doing unprotected cunnilingus for some minutes (much less). We ended up not having sex at all, I panicked about the situation and left the room. There may be some rubbin..
Right after that and I was so sad that I begin to get desperate about the consequences. Started a crazy Internet research and you can imagine all sorts of things that people say. Anyway, about 20 hours after this incident I started observing some unsual discharge in my penis. It had no smell and no color. Sometimes abundant and didn't seem like natural lubricant! All research pointed to chlamydia. I took 1g of Azitromicin some hours later. And another 1g of Azitromicin the same day. Symptoms went away after 1 day. I have a bunch of questions and really need answers:
1) Was it really chlamydia or a crazy reaction of my body due to stress??? (probably the most stressful period of my entire life)?
2) Somewhere online I saw that chlamydia is likely not transmitted via oral
sex. Is that true? Is this the only possibility or the sex worker could also have chlamydia in her mouth from another guy she may had sex with before me?
3) If she had in fact chlamydia, does this increase my chance of getting HIV either from fellation or from the cunnilingus?
4) If my theory from item 2 is true (the chlamydia in her mouth came from another one) can she also had HIV in her mouth from another one?
5) In the same day I smoked 2 cigarrettes and I usually don't smoke. Can that fact hurt my throat and increase infection chance because of the cunnilingus?
6) In a nutshell: do I have HIV?
PS: I have a perfectly healthy mouth.
