am i infected o HIV?Worried

i had a protected sex with a teen sex worker it seemed she was new to the market (i donno exactly) however the condom was not unrolled totally till the base of my penis (as i got a long penis) and had a vaginal sex for around4-5 minutes. after finishing with sex she removed the condom and i tested it by filling some water in and it was not at all tored or broken condom ,was all fine so if the girl is infected what are the chances me  getting infected ?(Sorry bad english)

i got these red spots or pimples over my back  i donno wht exactly it is  however i just wanted  to know is it HIV  symptomps?pls do check .help appreciated m vry much worried

there is one silly thing i found when i was filling water into the condom for testing purpose lol what alien material is it made up of? the same condom expanded to half of my bathroom but dint broke or got tored or bursted lol is it so strong ?

You had no HIV risk. Always use condoms. And always be safe.

You cannot get infected in this way, as long as the head of our penis is covered by an intact condom, and yours was, there is no way you can get HIV.
