Worried about symptoms...

On Dec 14th I had unprotected oral sex with an asian (Phillipino I think) sex worker in Dubai. Now I know this is usually considered very low risk, but what worries me is that she scratched the under side of my penis with her teeth and mildly broke the skin.
About 12 days later I had a few days of flu-like symptoms followed by a few weeks of sore throat, stiff neck, and fatigue. Starting on roughly Jan 6th or so I started noticing pain in my lymph nodes. No swelling to speak of, just a dull ache mostly in my groin area.
Since then, I have has very achy joints and sore muscles with no explanation and I am still experiencing the dull ache in my lymph nodes, pain in my joints, and a sore, stiff neck.
I have had to tests done and both came out negative.I had one done at 60 days and another (Oraquick) at 85 days. Do I still need to worry about not being past the window period? When should I get tested again? I am freaking out!

Oral sex has no measurable risk of HIV transmission, even with a skin break.  In any case, your negative tests 2 months and almost 3 months after exposure show you didn't catch HIV, and prove that HIV is not the cause of your symptoms.  (They don't sound like HIV anyway.) You do not need further testing.  For more information, search the threads of this forum for 'ARS symptoms' and 'time to positive HIV test'.

You didn't have a risk to begin with! But broken skin or no broken skin, your 85 day negative proves you didn't acquire HIV from that blowjob.

Furthermore, the enlarged lymph nodes associated with HIV do not hurt, they are painless and generalized and can ONLY be diagnosed by a doctor:)
