A few days ago I kissed intensely for several minutes to a man who is HIV positive with undetectable viral . both have mouth sores. At the end I realize that in the area of the palate had little blood, that is, I had bleeding in the upper palate was very little blood. Therefore, if the two we had bleeding while we kissed, there is real risk of contagion? (it is positive with undetectable viral).
