hiv transmission through saliva/blood particle

Sometime I use  the same spoon  and smoke  the same cigarrette with my friends in any type of party.I donot know  about hiv status and any type of bleeding inner side of the mouth of my those friends.My question is would there be a risk of hiv infection through saliva or blood particle ?    Pleass assess my risk.

No ! It doesn't. The only way of transmitting HIV through blood is transfusion of unscreened blood, which is no more possible in the developed world.

Mouth is not the right channel for HIV to transmit from one person to another.

HIV isn't transmitted orally. And HIV virus immediately becomes inactive/uninfectious if it comes to contact with the air.
