Had oral and vaginal sex with a hooker in Amsterdam. What are chances of getting an STD?

Hello,

I am 20 years old. I am studying abroad for a semester in Germany. This past weekend I was in Amsterdam and got really drunk and had sex with a hooker. I used a condom throughout and nothing seemed to be wrong with it. However, I still worry that I may have gotten a STD in this process. Am I worrying too much or was I safe enough with the use of a condom?

Seriously my friend.  You are over reacting.  You didn't have an HIV risk.

True, I definitely would have heard from the hooker if something was wrong with the condom! Don't ya think?

Had it failed the hooker would have took your head off.

One last thing, I never held the bottom of the condom while pulling out. The hooker took off the condom for me. I was unable to see if anything was wrong with it. The fact that I never really looked at it afterwards worries me that I may not have noticed something being wrong with it. What do you think?

So you think I am overreacting? Please be honest! I know three other guys who did the same thing as me and they are not worried about it.

Condoms don't have leaks, you know if it breaks because it no longer is covering your penis.

Also, I forgot to check for any leaks or tears in the condom. It felt fine and she did not say anything regarding the condom. Is this a bad sign?

Because people use them incorrectly and they break. If condoms were not affective against STD's and HIV don't you think that the CDC would say don't have sex even with a condom because they don't work? Don't you think by now that the majority of the world would have HIV because condoms didn't work?

You say that "protected sex is just that protected...no risk" but how come I keep hearing that condoms are not 100% accurate but that they work very well?

Dumbmistake,

As long as you used a condom, there is no risk for HIV.

As for other STDs, you should post in the STD forum.
