blood rubbing in eyes

Hi every one ,i am a chinese,i am very worried. this is my story: i got the hospital and use the hospital's pen to signature,after it i immediately rubbing my eyes then i fell some  fluid on my hand , i saw some blood,i kown the blood was left by someone who signature before me (he left the blood in very short time,the blood still fluid), now i am worried i use the hand with blood Cause me infection, do i have risk? do i need test?

rubbing your eye...BLOOD OR NO BLOOD...is not a risk for contracting hiv.

you had NO risk and do NOT need testing.

It doesn,t matter how short the time was,once outside the body,Hiv becomes inactive and unable to infect,it can,t be transmitted via fomites.

Thank you but i am worried the blood left he very short time then Through my hand rubbing into my eyes,is there still no risk? i am very worried!

Zero risk because Hiv becomes inactive as soon as it is exposed to air and therefore is unable to infect.Your safe.
