blood to tongue

hi,

I was at the doctor today as i have a sore throat, as i open my mouth and stick out my tongue, i felt my tip of my tongue touch the  something, it could be the doctors L shape touch or her hands, i start to think if there is blood on the touch or hands by the last patient or wound on the doctor hands just like 1 minutes ago before the last patient

will i be at risk as i got wisdom tooth wound and sore throath in my mouth?

many thanks

let's see !

first you came with...

my friend touched my chopstick
then it was from prechewed food
now it's from the doctor

hiv is transmitted through...

unprotected vaginal/anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works with an infected person
mother to child

if you are not involved with any of those situations...take your concerns to the ocd forum.  maybe they can help you with your hiv phobia.
