Arif ! In my country, quite a few (and I am well aware of that) cheat husbands transferred HIV to their wives who became innocent victims. So sex between the spouses is not a guarantee for a safe sex, unless both are mutually committed and 100% monogamous.
Transmission of HIV is only possible via unprotected anal and vaginal sex only, when we talk about its sexual routes exclusively. I haven't heard any case of transmission caused by a non-penetrating fun. Latex condoms are 100% effective against HIV, if used correctly ans consistently. Pleased note that it requires plenty of infectious body fluid exchange inside the body for an effective transmission to occur.
well, im back with two new questions ( remember i dont speak english very well, sorry)
- can primoinfection be detected by test p24?
- my test day 32- result 0,26 and my test day 55- result 0,45 ( negative < 0,90), why my last test increase the result? normally has the people has a result of 0,0x?
thanks
When you find a mfg of an HIV test that states their tests are reliable to give a conclusive negative test result earlier than 3 months let us know.
hi all
I have been investigating and found this pdf, it belongs to the sanitary French authority and is of the year 2008 like I could see in 1 page...
"Given the performance of the techniques currently available on the European market, a negative result of test combined ELISA 6 weeks after exposure may be assumed as signing the absence of HIV infection. In case of post-exposure prophylaxis, the rest period of 3 months after treatment"
Also it speaks about the recommendations in other countries as England, Spain, Australia or Swiss and in all of them it is recommended to wait 3 months
I do not try to create confusion with this, I also am a supporter of waiting 3 months but I believe that this document gives many tranquility for everything that one that one tested to 6 weeks and has anxiety great

thank all
It seems that everything is limited to 3 months wait, there is no other option.
A
lthough I have read in places like France or Australia is enough to wait 6 weeks I will be cautious and wait the 3 months
only hope to have good luck and get out negative but my symptoms (Pharyngitis and night sweats), I do fear the worst
I promise to inform you when I get the results

Latex condoms are 100% effective in preventing HIV and most STDs if used consistently and correctly.
Condoms are not 100% safe, it still exposes u to serious risk of not just HIV through other sexual acts not just penetration. A one time vaginal interaction of HIV is low world wide but a Serious risk is a RISK , be patient untill 3 months, later get tested hpe u dnt cntrct the disease. Be safe Avoid sex other than ur spouse. Or else u risk urself to be +ve.
thanks jhguy10 for answer me
While it's possible that it will turn positive by 3 months, the likelihood is low. But a test a 3 months is still conclusive.
Es posible que los resultados cambien porque la duracion entre el dia de la exposicion tiene que ser 3 meses para ser resultados conclusivos. Pero es muy probable que no cambie.
