You were stupid to put yourself at risk and to retest at 13 weeks and use condoms and plenty of water base lube.
There is a big difference between a unprotected receptive anal sex risk and oral sex, risk wise.
Oral sex is so very low risk that you are fine testing earlier. If the exposure was unprotected anal, a person would want to test to 12/13 weeks.
