can I get tested two weeks after possible HIV exposure?

Hello, I was tested for HIV antigen/antibody test two weeks after possible exposure. The test came out negative. The laboratory said that their testing technology is able to pick up infection after 14 days of possible exposure but a lot of factors can affect the result so they can't guarantee the validity of the result. I'm worried sick. can you please tell me your ideas?

P.S I didn't even have sex in the first place but could it be possible for me to be exposed to HIV if precum or semen touched my vagina (while I still had underwear on) and I had a cut ( which I don't know I did). can rubbing my vagina with my underwear still on  increase my risk of getting HIV if I had a cut or a sore aroung my vagina?
This might seem like a silly question but I'm seriously worried. Please provide me with answers the soonest time possible.
Thank you.

HIV cannot be passed on in the manner you mention. HIV when exposed to air becomes unstable and unable to replicate. There is zero chance you would get infected in this manner, zero.
