chances of hiv

i was wondering what are the chances of contracting HIV using a condom ............with a woman that is hiv positive..............lets say about ten times..........just wondering .......how affective condoms really are ........because it seems that even if u do or did use a condom that there is still some fluid in the condom when u take it off........is that not enough vaginal fluid can penetrate a condom or what ............?
