cold sores
After 9 weeks of exposure, today I had a cold sore (herpes) on my lip. Is cold sore an ARS of HIV infection?

Do you know how anxiety effects the body? Have you heard of psychosomatic symptoms?
You need to see a doctor, its that simple. I cannot see how this forum can help you anymore, you asked for a risk assesment and you have it NO HIV RISK.

the problem is this. everyday i wait to not have night sweats, no pains in arms
to feel myslef better but it is not the case. pains, sweats continue and today a
cold sore in addition to night sweats and pains.
Do you see why it is not easy for me? I am doing my best but my body is not helping me.

Please start to try and help yourself, you are allowing your fear to outweigh the facts and the facts are you did not have a risk.
Stop searching the internet, start to try and realise that you're issue is nothing to do with HIV. You are having extreme anxiety which is unwarranted.
I urge you to do what I said in my earlier message to you, find a doctor, go to your local hospital whatever it takes and seek out the mental health treatment I suggested.

You are allowing your mind to run wild, the fear that you have is not fact and fact is what I have already told you, you have not had a risk and you do not need to test.
