HIV infected?

Dear Doctor,
I had unprotected oral sex (receiving) and fingering (my anus). I found a very small blood after fingering in my anus. They guy did fingering did rimming and fingering simultaneously.
After a month, I got fever, soar throat and small mouth ulcer.
Does this mean that I got HIV?

Dear Sir,
It is about 7 weeks after my possible exposure. I am very much worry about the flu and sore throat I got 4 weeks after the exposure. Do you think 4 weeks is too late for ARS symptoms?

Thank you very much for your answer.
No, condoms were not broken each time, when I did anal. I did not see any blood in the condom too. Is there any liquid in the anus which can transmit HIV other than blood?
I went to see a doctor for my soar throat and fever, doctor said it is pharyngitis.
When I search internet, I found pharyngitis can be a symptoon during the early stages of HIV infection.
I am very sorry for asking many questions.

"I did anal sex with him with a condom (I am the top)"

That is all that counts. Everything else you did is irrelevant.
If the condom did not break you were never at risk

Thank you for your comment. I want to add some more to my inquiry. I did anal sex with him with a condom (I am the top). but during oral sex (receiving) without a condom. We had several sessions same day, same day. AND he did anal fingering to me and rimming. Due to his fingering my anal opening was damaged and I saw some blood, I am very much worried whether I got HIV from this activity.
Can HIV transmit through saliva? That guy is a sex worker.

No.

Your exposure is not a way that HIV is transmitted.
