Was this risk in 30 seconds?

Hi I had protected sex with a male. I know him but not his status. He always has condoms around so I'm assuming he's responsible.

so one day a few weeks ago we were having sex, with condom. I felt a pop then a few seconds later, 30 seconds at Max, I asked him to take it out, he did and the head was exposed.

Could this be a risk? I would like to note that he doesn't really have a leaky penis,I know this from giving him oral, literally never leaks. And he did not ejaculate.

I personally feel like I'm being paranoid and don't even need to test from that experience, and would like some expert opinion, thanks.

Is this the same event you asked about in October?

Any unprotected penetration is a risk, although the brief nature makes it unlikely to be any significant risk.
