could i have gotten infested with hiv or other std

about 6 weeks ago i was having sex with a prostitute of unknown status i used a condom during intercourse but i could not ejaculate after about 3 or 4 minutes i stopped because i was going soft i just was not in to it i took it out and tried to masterbate to get it erect but i couldnt so i took the condom off and started masterbating again and still could not get erect finally i gave up and went to urinate when in the bathroom i noticed a little blood on my shirt i got worried she told me she was on her period and it must have just started there was very little blood but i know the risk are higher for hiv infection when blood is present my main concern is when i removed the condom and started masterbating that possibly there was some blood on my hands and i was rubbing it on my penis and around the opening of the tip although i did not notice the blood when i was touching my self like i said it wasnt alot on my shirt im obviously still very concerned i had a hiv rapid test done about 4 weeks after this happened and it was negative but im still very worried if you could give me any advice about my possible exposure if infact she was hiv positive ofcourse i would greatly appreciate i cant seem to get this off my mind thank you so much hope to hear from someone soon

You were never at risk of contracting HIV. You don't need testing.

you had a condom on that means that you are protected. the hiv virus cant gets damaged very quickly when its out side the hosts body. just for your piece of mind go again and test at 6-8 weeks as 95 % of people who are +ve will show at that period. Any way you dont need a test becuase you had insignificant risk ;)
