Hi, I am a 25 years old male, apologize for my poor English first.
I have read many posts in this forum regarding cunnilingus, and know that performing cunnilingus on a female is no risk for HIV.
The situation is, several days ago, a sex worker (female) gave me unprotected blow job first, then we had protected vaginal intercourse for about 20 mins, then immediately I performed unprotected cunnilingus on her, for about 5 mins.
I kept browsing on internet trying to figure out the HIV risk of cunnilingus, all seem to agree that the risk is very very low for many reasons. One of the reasons is that, the lubricating fluid a woman produces during intercourse is not infectious, while the infectious female secretion is cervicovaginal fluid, which is deep in the cervix and hence can hardly be reached during cunnilingus.
Now, what I worried about is, if it's possible the vaginal intercourse I had right before cunnilingus could bring the infectious cervicovaginal fluid outside the vagina, and went in my mouth during the following cunnilingus. Does the pre-vaginal intercourse increase my risk of acquiring HIV by cunnilingus? Really paranoid.
Thanks for your reply.
