cunnilingus with blood. I need an HIV test?

Hello experts! I am from Argentina. I tell them my situation: perform cunnilingus on a woman with such bad luck that her vagina had a bleeding wound and my tongue was in contact with the wound with blood approximately thirty seconds. I have no injuries or diseases of any kind in my mouth and tongue. assuming that women are HIV positive with viral load of millions, it would put me at risk? I need to get tested for HIV? Please, I'm desperate. I have a wife and daughter and am very afraid of have put them at risk. thanks for your reply. sorry for my English, I have helped with google translator.

You would have lapped up blood. For the blood to be even considered a low risk, you need a lot of it. You are not going to be the first one to have infected by hiv through oral. You may be exposed to other STDs though. Please post in the std forum to have your risk assessed.
malbat thanks again! you're right in everything. I will relax on HIV that was what scariest me. obviously I will seek advice on other stds I could have caught. You do a very good job. thanks again for your advice. greetings from Argentina!
You're welcome. Thanks for the thanks. Be well.

Cunnilingus is not a risk of hiv infection. Tasting a little blood is not going to put you in risk either. Your mouth is a hostile place for hiv because it has many bacteria and enzymes that breakdown the virus almost immediately. Her vaginal fluid/blood has also been exposed to air. Any bodily fluid, once exposed to air, is not infectious. You had no risk and don't need to test. Be well.
