cut on hand ,frightened

Hi,my first question here.I'm not good at english.Sorry.
Action:A prostitute oral me with a condom. But one time, the top of the  condom contacted the girl's vagina, didn't insert, but I'm sure condom touched the vagina and may affix some vagina secrection.About several seconds,I move away the condom by myself.
The next day ,I found a small cut(about 3mm long) on my hand which I used to move the condom.I dont know how long the cut appears.Maybe it's  fresh and bleeding when I touched the condom.
Please tell me,if when I just removing the condom, the cut was  bleeding the same time, and the vagina secrection on the condom affix to the bleeding cut.Do I have a risk of HIV ? Low or ZERO?
Thanks .

It is very VERY low, if not even zero itself. Once the HIV virus leaves the hosts body, it becomes inactive. It would be EXTREMELY difficult to transmit HIV in the way that you have described.

To speak to actual doctors, you would have to make a post in the experts forum, and there is a post fee of $18.
