Dear Doctors,
In the past 2 weeks I had sex with a bargirl. Oral sex(giving and receiving) with no condom, then 3 seconds of unprotected vaginal before asking her to use a condom. She also had what I noticed later to be a herpes sore on her mouth. 2 days ago in a ladyboy bar I inserted this persons penis in my mouth for maybe 4 seconds. I am not proud of this behavior at my age and want to stop this now. But my question is am I in danger of contracting HIV or possibly herpes which I'm sure I could live with but not be too happy about.

No danger as far as HIV goes, but you did put yourself at risk for other STD's. When you do go and get tested, get a full STD check..
Unprotected vaginal sex is a risk.Get tested at 6 weeks and again at 12 weeks for a 100% conclusive result.
